Refilling is simple. Bring your clean, empty container to the store, and we'll weigh it before you shop. Fill it with your favourite products, then we'll weigh it again at checkout so you only pay for the product inside. If you don't have a container yet, we also offer pre-filled bottles and reusable containers for purchase or donated and refill again and again.

Not at all. While we encourage customers to reuse containers they already have at home, it's not required. We offer reusable bottles and jars for purchase and from donations, along with a selection of pre-filled products ready to take home. Once you've finished the product, simply wash the container and bring it back for a refill.
